Remote Outside Plant (OSP) Engineer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete outside plant engineering/fiber optic design as per customer specifications
- Perform field visits as needed to gather relevant design information
- Create and/or coordinate the creation of invoicing and job submission packages
- Collaborate effectively with a team of drafting and design professionals, ensuring positive interactions across functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Training in OSP engineering methods and procedures is a plus
- Proven ability and willingness to adapt to changing technology and processes
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve assigned dollar level of billable core business or approved alternative business
- Meet Gross Margin targets
- Ensure due dates are met
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores
- Ensure accuracy of business forecasts

About the Role:
As a Remote OSP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing outside plant engineering and fiber optic solutions to meet customer needs.
